Bros Auto Detail is a fully mobile service operating in Los Angeles, California. We do not accept vehicles at any fixed location. All services are performed at the customer’s provided location.

1. Mobile-Only Services

Bros Auto Detail is a fully mobile service operating in Los Angeles, California. We do not accept vehicles at any fixed location. All services are performed at the customer’s provided location.

2. Appointments & Deposits

All appointments require a deposit to confirm the booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service. Rescheduling is possible with 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

3. Payment Terms & Chargebacks

Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Bros Auto Detail reserves the right to provide documentation of services rendered, including photos and signed approvals, to refute claims. Customers agree to resolve any payment issues directly before initiating chargebacks.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we take the utmost care in handling all vehicles, Bros Auto Detail is not liable for pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or damage resulting from poor paint, clear coat failure, or aftermarket modifications. Customers must disclose any sensitive materials or fragile elements before service.

5. Client Responsibility

Customers must ensure that the area where the service will be performed is legal, safe, and accessible. This includes permission to wash/detail vehicles at the location provided, access to water or electricity (when applicable), and ensuring pets or small children are not in the immediate service area.

6. Moral Clause

Bros Auto Detail reserves the right to refuse service to any client engaging in disrespectful, abusive, discriminatory, or threatening behavior toward staff. We believe in professional, safe, and respectful interactions at all times.

7. Arbitration Clause

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Los Angeles County, California, and the decision rendered will be final and binding. Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise decided by the arbitrator.

8. Service Area

Our services are currently offered only within Los Angeles County. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside of this area, and Bros Auto Detail reserves the right to decline service outside of our standard operating zone.

9. Weather Policy

Because we are a mobile service, all appointments are weather-dependent. In the event of heavy rain, extreme heat, high winds, or other unsafe weather conditions, Bros Auto Detail may reschedule your appointment for the earliest next available date. We will always notify customers as early as possible if weather impacts the scheduled service. Customers may not be eligible for refunds due to weather-related postponements but may reschedule without penalty.
